God created you in his perfect image. God did not make a mistake when He created you like this.

You are perfect just the way God created you.

Stop comparing your body with that of your friend, your siblings, your work colleagues or that celebrity.

Comparing with others brings sadness, a feeling of feeling less than what we are, frustration, ingratitude, depression and many negative thoughts.

If you are short, you are perfect.

If you are fat, you are perfect.

If you have big nose, eyes, teeth, ears, head, you are perfect.

If you have small dick or breasts, you are perfect.

Size does not matter. What matters is how to use what God gave you perfectly.

Don't focus on a perfect body. Nobody has a perfect body. What you are complaining about, millions of people want it. Just know that.

Go to the photo studio and get a good makeover done and take lovely photos of your perfect body just the way you are.

If you don't love your body, who will.

Start loving your body and life the perfect way God created you.

Don't bleach up or become a white person when God made you a beautiful black man or woman. Bleaching causes skin cancer. Black people are Beautiful!
