PRESS STATEMENT  Ondo Gets New Accountant-General  ...As Laolu Akindolire retires from service  Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu,SAN, has approved the appointment of Mrs Esther Toyin Oni, FCA, as the new Accountant-General of the State.  The Governor had approved the appointment before proceeding on his vacation. The appointment takes immediate effect.  Mrs Oni is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) with over thirty years progressive post-qualification experience in both the private and public sectors. She also had a valuable stint in the International Public Service. GOV AKEREDOLU EULOGISES FIRST FEMALE SAN, FOLAKE SOLANKE AT 89, CELEBRATES SIX RECENTLY ELEVATED SANS  Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu,SAN, has celebrated the first female Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief Folake Solanke,  SAN, as she clocks 89 tomorrow.  This is even as the Governor joined other eminent legal professionals, particularly, Lawyers at the law firm of Olujimi & Akeredolu on Sunday at an evening of Grand Celebration to honour six members of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ibadan branch who were recently elevated into the prestigious status of Senior Advocate of Nigeria SAN.  The honourees who include Professor Oyelowo  Oyewo, (SAN),  Mrs Funmi Quadri (SAN), Nureini Soladoye Jimoh, (SAN),  Oluwaseun  Abimbola, (SAN ),  Isiaka Olagunju, (SAN) and Musibau Adetunbi, (SAN) were among the Seventy-two lawyers who were admitted into the Inner Bar by the Supreme  Court's Legal Practitioners’ Privile...
